Purpose

The objective of this procedure is to establish a reasonable plan for performing development activities and to be involved in the project from the initial stages which will provide a strong infrastructure for the project's success. Product development team will share the planning of the project with the other stakeholders. Selecting the appropriate software development life cycle is an important step. The project deliverables and estimation of the product size and effort will be shared with other team members.
